Emilie Hu is a Campaign Associate at Activate America. Prior to this role, she completed an intensive Chinese language program at National Taiwan University, where she honed in on Chinese literature and translation.

Emilie worked as a digital account executive at Fenton Communications, where she supported clients like Bloomberg Philanthropies, Stop AAPI Hate, and the LA County Registrar Recorder’s office to effectively communicate with their online audiences.

She's passionate about progressive advocacy and empowering communities through political engagement. Emilie earned her B.A. in Politics and Foreign Languages at Scripps College
